Max Rakhimov joined Accella in 2009 as Web Developer. He has over 12 years experience in information systems and software development of which last six years were focused in creating online solutions for clients from various industries. Max Rakhimov holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Drexel University and is a Subject Matter Expert in Drupal framework.

Max was born and raised in now defunct Soviet Empire in a family of an engineer and a pharmacist. His interest in computers and magic of programming was cultivated on energy-sucking refrigerator-size monstrosities of Soviet Ministry of Instruments where his dad wrote applications for textile industry of the USSR using punch-cards.

Many moons have passed since then... Max has lived through ups and downs of Perestroika, fall of the Iron Curtain, Putsch and USSR going bust. He studied, travelled, fell in and out of love, survived high school and graduated from college. All the while passion for magic and beauty has never left him. It is for this reason he learned programming, studied web technologies and enjoys creating web sites and applications.

Max resides in Northern Virginia and loves biking and hiking in surrounding parks.
