Mr. Demby’s Role Will Have Him Overseeing All Projects Within The Company
September 1, 2011 – Baltimore, MD: Leading interactive mobile and web development company, Accella, announced today Steve Demby has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Demby will be in charge of project development from design through development and delivery.
Steve joined Accella in 2006 as a PHP web developer as one of the first employees. Since that time, he has worked in sales and most recently as a full-time project manager. His new role will have him overseeing all project managers while also maintaining his existing projects.
“Over the past five years our company has grown from a one-man development shop to an organization with over twenty employees in design, development, marketing, sales, and project management,” said Jason King, President of Accella. “Our goal throughout our impressive growth has always been to make sure that our client’s needs are still met and exceeded during every project. Steve has been a core component of that growth and his leadership will bring a more intense focus on our internal processes to continue to ensure our projects are delivered on time and within budget.”
“It has been great working at Accella over the past five years,” added Steve Demby. “I have been strong at meeting timelines and budgets for my own projects and look forward to the challenges and responsibilities that comes with making sure our entire company does the same.”

What Our Clients Are Saying
Our confidence in Accella allowed us to introduce them to other divisions in our company, and also one of our most important customers, all of which have now completed multiple development projects.
We considered off-shore developers, briefly, and our company has also considered other providers as new projects arise, but we have always returned to Accella, as we value the consistency in work product, and most of all the ease of working with their staff.
