Baltimore, MD – April 15, 2011 – Accella LLC brought home two Silver Addys at last night’s Addy Awards Banquet held in Towson, MD. The event, attended by over 250 of the areas top advertising professionals, is an annual showcase of the top work produced by ad firms around the Baltimore area; the Addys are presented by the American Advertising Federation.
Accella won a silver Addy for its work with BreweryFans.com in the “Websites, Consumer HTML/Other” cagetgory as well as Runner’s World’s iPhone Application in the “Mobile Marketing” category. This year was Accella’s first entry in to the Addy Awards.
“Everyone at Accella takes pride in the work that we do,” said Jason King, president of Accella. “We are honored to have our work showcased in an event presenting the best of the best in Baltimore.”
Accella looks to return to the event next year with several high profile projects in development which could compete for even higher honors at the regional and national level.
“This event gave us a taste of what the Addys are all about,” said Jon Stroz, vice president of Marketing for Accella. “With the websites and mobile applications that we are currently working on, I think there is an extremely great chance of us returning next year and in future Addy award ceremonies.”
