While each web project has its own set of development criteria, our standard process goes through these basic steps: Kickoff Meeting; Wireframe Creation; Home Page Design; Sub Page Design; Development, and Integration; Project Sign off, Launch & Marketing.

Our process has been honed to make sure that your project is completed on time, in budget, and within scope. Before we even submit a proposal, we ask the right questions to understand your project: what features need to be incorporated; is the site designed to sell, promote, or give validity to your organization; how will success be measured. From this information, we create a detailed, firm, fixed-price proposal; the proposal that you receive is what will be billed, barring any major changes to the project’s scope.

Accella’s App Development Process Includes:

• Kickoff Meeting:

  Accella team members meet with your staff to gain a greater understanding of the entire project, meet all of the players involved, and set guidelines & expectations

• Wireframe Creation:

  Black & white depictions of your site are created, including the placement of text and images; the overall flow of your site is designed as well

• Homepage Design:

  Accella designers create the home page, setting the color scheme, layout, and menu structure; these elements are often carried throughout the entire site

• Subpage Design:

  With the home page designed, Accella designers create the design templates for the other pages of your site basing it off of the home page elements

• Development & Integration:

  During development, the backend of your site is created: Databases are built & linked, the CMS is installed and configured, the entire site is coded and tested

• Project Sign-off, Launch, & Marketing:

  Once all is set with your site, Accella helps to make sure your site is successfully launched, as well as create & execute a marketing plan to promote your site
