Bonaventure Realty Group / Wordpress CMS Integration

As owner and manager of a $290 million portfolio, Bonaventure Realty Group is a fully integrated real estate asset manager built around 40 years of experience in the industry. Bonaventure contracted with Accella to give their apartment community websites a face lift with a concentration on search engine optimization and lead conversion. The end product was a suite of 13 individual sites all run off the same open source content management system, Wordpress, where individual property managers could easily login and update their property’s specials, news, and upcoming events. The CMS also allowed Bonaventure’s main office to update their corporate site, www.bonaventureliving.com, as well as corporate information on the individual property sites including company branding messages and job openings.

While WordPress was used to manage activity related content, Bonaventure used a SaaS product offered by an outside vendor, RealPage, to update property details such as floor plans, apartment amenities, address, and contact information. Using RealPage’s API, Accella wrote a nightly script that pulls this apartment data to a local database which then runs the content for the site. This web service is also used to pass leads into RealPage’s contact relationship management system. As previously mentioned, this site was built with lead conversion in mind, so there are a variety of ways for potential renters to contact Bonaventure including web forms, phone numbers, email addresses, and apartment availability pages. As the users submit their information, they are passed into RealPage’s customer tracking system for follow up.
