Accella is looking to add to our business development team by hiring for an outside sales position.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify key target accounts based on a set of attributes for preferred clients defined by Accella
- Identify individual contacts at target accounts
- Identify target account needs and work with inside technical team to develop proposed solutions including level of effort, timing and cost
- Maintain and expand relationship with account following initial close
Experience Required
- Experience selling custom solutions related to digital media and/or software including but not limited to custom websites, multimedia and/or mobile applications, development services, database and other custom coding, and digital marketing services
- A track record of proven success mining target accounts and closing deals
While the position will involve support from a technical team, the ability to generally understand the technical aspects of digital projects is an important skill in this position.
This is a telecommute position, so it is required that the individual be extremely proactive, responsible and possess the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical resources. We are looking for someone that enjoys being part of a team and will offer feedback and ideas in order to design and develop the most solid and extensible product for our clients.
